We're back!

Forgive my delinquency in updating this. We have been going non stop for the past week or two...
Anyway, here are a couple of cute pictures from recent days.

Annabelle can play a few games on the Nintendo Wii by herself, and Jack needs to be a part of it. He stands there next to whoever is playing and holds the other wii remote.

It has begun... the tantrums. Jack threw a fit yesterday in the hallway... just cried and kicked... oh the drama.

Annabelle has a ballet show tomorrow- they are doing a number to Singing in the Rain, wearing neon green raincoats circa 1970 (we are talking pleather, people.). They had a rehearsal yesterday, and the first thing Annabelle said when she was done was "I am SO hot." I'll be sure to post a video of it.

Keep thinking summer! I'm sick of the cool rainy days.

Preschool is done... bring on Kindergarten!

Today was Annabelle's last day of preschool and graduation. Here's some pictures and a video of it. It was so sweet :) She's the graduating class of 2021... makes ya feel old, huh?!?!

And here are a couple of Jack, just because he's so cute.
Happy Memorial Day Weekend!

Conversations with spatulas

So I only caught the tail end of it, but Jack sat on the step and was talking(babbling) up a storm with the spatula. He frequently runs around with kitchen spoons and such... it's pretty cute.

A couple of other cute pictures of the little monster, as we call him.

What a charmer...

It's supposed to be warm/hot this weekend, so I'll be sure to get some pictures of the kids outside playing. :)

Mother's Tea

Today was Mother's Tea at Annabelle's preschool. The kids bake the muffins, and we sit and have tea, juice, muffins and fruit. She was so proud of the things she made me and it was wonderful to just hang out with her. We had a great time. She insisted that I 'dress fancy' and was excited to wear a dress to school.

Weekend in Seattle

We went to Seattle this past weekend for the night. We met Grandma, Grandpa, Uncle Eric, Uncle Brian, Aunt Jenn and Cousin Charlie at the zoo, then stayed in a hotel for the night. It was SO much fun. The three kids loved playing in the kiddie area called Zoomanium. We celebrated Brian's and Charlie's birthdays at the hotel. What fun!

At the zoo

Weekend in Seattle 2

(Jack's hand is wrapped up in gauze because he had a run-in with my hot curling iron... OUCH! It's getting better now, thank goodness.)

Jack missed the middle part of the zoo.

Budding artist

Jack loves to color and write these days. He will carry around crayons and pencils and pretend to write. Annabelle was making cards the other day and he insisted on being on the stool by her the whole time. I had to spread them out, though, because Jack wanted to write all over Annabelle's cards. :)
