Bath Time!

The kids took a super bubble bath last night. It was so cute. I put bubbles in my bath tub and turned the jets on. The kids had a ton of fun!

Fashion and Haircuts

So Annabelle is quite the fashion platter these days. Mostly, she wears tank tops or t-shirts with a skirt. To go outside, I make her either put on leggings or pants. Usually, she chooses to put leggings on under the skirt, thus creating a very interesting looking outfit. Exhibit A.

I told her to put socks, shoes and a hat on too. Lovely. I couldn't do anything but laugh, though, because she reluctantly did everything I asked :)

Onto haircuts. Jack got one! I started it at home, but it needed to be finished at a salon. Why you ask? Because I STINK at cutting hair, and Jack is a squirrely 16 month old. I stared cutting the top a bit, but he moved at the wrong time and I snipped a little too much. So I evened it out, but then it looked like a mullet, because the back and sides were still very long and fluffy. So we ended up at the hair salon, and the lady took the clippers to him! He did pretty well, but was very concerned with what was going on... here is the best picture I have right now of the new 'do...

(He had crawled up on the chair and got the box of crackers off the table...)

That's all for now.
P.S. Welcome home, Brett! We are so glad you're home safe and sound.

For my Grandmas

My mom thought this was a funny shirt to put on me.
I sure love my grandmas!

Train Museum

We have this awesome train museum here in Bellinghaim- it's run by a bunch of retired guys who love trains. The kids had a blast... Jack just loves Thomas, the blue train, so he was in heaven! Grandpa Steve- we thought of you a lot while we are there... we'll go the next time you guys visit.
